Council Advisory Committee Deputation Request Form
The public may request to make a deputation before a Council Advisory Commitee (CAC) to address matters regarding a report on the agenda or a matter relating to community interest or Town business that is not on the agenda and has not been considered within the six (6) months prior to the requested date of Deputation.
Deputation requests for items not related to a report on the agenda, must be submitted no later than noon (12 p.m.) on the seven (7) business days prior to the meeting.
Deputation requests for items relating to a report on the agenda, must be submitted by 9 a.m. on the day of the meeting.

Personal information collected in response to this deputation request will be used by Town Staff, Council or Council Appointed Committees. Pursuant to Section 27 of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. M.56, as amended, (the “Act”) deputations will become part of the public record, and may be published in Council/Committee Agendas or Minutes and may be disclosed in accordance with the Act. If you make a deputation or presentation or to Town Council or Council Appointed Committees, you may be audio and/or video recorded.
