Santa Claus Parade - Marching Band Application Form

The Whitchurch-Stouffville Santa Claus Parade will be held on December 6 2025 from 6pm-8pm (hours are approximate) on Main Street in Stouffville.

Please note that this will be an evening parade and entries should be decorated accordingly.

Please be aware that your application is not complete until all questions are filled out and the 'submit' button on the last page is clicked. Once your application is successfully submitted, you will receive an automatic email confirmation. If you believe you submitted your application but you do not receive an automatic email confirmation within one hour, please contact events@townofws.ca.
