Historic Property Plaque Application Form

The Historic Property Commemorative Plaque offers owners of a property recognized as having heritage value the opportunity to apply for a custom-made plaque containing the name of the original builder or owner and the date of construction.

Each Historic Property Commemorative Plaque is made of exterior grade high-pressure laminate fused with anti-UV layers and graffiti resistant materials and measures 16 inches x 11 inches.

Displaying one of these plaques on your property will further the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville’s dedication to celebrating the architectural fabric of our neighbourhoods and the heritage of our Town.

Historic Property Commemorative Plaques are $450.00 plus tax (payment to be collected following approval).
