Request to Have Water Turned On or Off

Please use this form to request a water turn on or off for your property, a minimum of 2 business days in advance. 

If this is an emergency, please contact Customer Service at (905) 640-1900 or 111 Sandiford Drive, Stouffville. 

Depending on the timing of the service request, the following fees apply:
For during regular business hours, the fee is $97 (paid in advance)
For after hours service, only used for emergencies the fee is $249 - Invoiced to the property owner. If you require an emergency shut off please call (905) 640-1900, and follow the prompts for the emergency after hours line. 

Please note that if you live in a private neighborhood or are a part of a Condo Corporation that the Town does not perform this action for you and you will need to reach out to your Condo Corp for assistance. With the exception of the Ballantrae Golf&CC.
 

 

Please indicate your preferred date and time to have your water service turned on/off.  Requests must be made a minimum of 2 business days in advance.
Timeslots available are from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday. The fee for 2023 is $97. Any requests outside of these hours, the fee is $249 in 2023 and can be paid here, or you can contact Customer Service at (905) 640-1900.
Fees must be paid prior to scheduled work.
