Water Meter Testing Request Form

Please contact the water meter administrator by email at watermeter@townofws.ca before completing this request.

Terms and Conditions:

• By completing this request, you are authorizing the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville to charge the applicable fee (as outlined in the Fees and Charges By-law) to the water account linked to the property.
• The 2026 fee for removal and testing of standard size meter at the request of the property owner is $333.00 + HST per meter.  Larger sized meters will be charged at actual cost.
• Results of the water meter test may take up to 6 weeks for delivery.  A new Neptune water meter will be installed.
• If your water meter is found to be accurate, the testing fee will be retained. If your water meter is found to be inaccurate, the testing fee will be refunded.
