It is the customer's responsibility to notify the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville Property Tax/Water Billing Division of any changes to the e-mail address provided for e-billing.
It is the customer's responsibility to notify the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville Property Tax/Water Billing Division if the water/wastewater bill is not received. (If the electronic bill is undeliverable, a paper copy of the bill will be sent to the customer's mailing address).
