If your email address is currently not on file with the Tax Department, please attach a photo of your identification at the bottom of this submission. 

1. It is the customer's responsibility to notify the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville Property Taxation Division of any changes to the e-mail address provided for e-billing.
2. It is the customer's responsibility to notify the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville Property Taxation Division if the property tax bill is not received.  (If the electronic bill is undeliverable, a paper copy of the bill will be sent to the customer's mailing address).
3. Personal information on this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, SO 2001, c. 25 and will be used to process your Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville Property Tax e-billing request.  Questions about the collection of this personal information should be directed to the Clerk's Department.
