Request for Tax Bill Copy or Tax Account Statement

Effective January 1, 2023, a property owner may request their 1st property tax bill reprint at no charge.  Any future reprint requests will require payment of the applicable fee as outlined in the Fees & Charges By-law to be paid prior to submitting the request. A copy of the receipt must be attached to this submission.  The current fee is $20.00.  

Please allow up to 2 business days for your request to be completed.

To obtain a Tax Bill copy or Tax Account Statement, you must be a registered owner of the property. 

If the ownership is a numbered company or company name, a copy of the Articles of Incorporation or Corporate Profile Report must be attached to this request in order to process the request.

If you are a previous owner of this property, please refer to your closing adjustments received from your lawyer's package for taxes paid.
