Request for Water Bill Copy or Water Detailed Statement of Account

Effective January 1, 2023, a resident may request their 1st water bill reprint at no charge.  Any future reprint requests will require payment of the applicable fee as outlined in the Fees & Charges By-law to be paid prior to submitting the request. A copy of the receipt must be attached to this submission.  The current fee is $21.00.

To obtain a Water Bill copy or Detailed Statement, you must be a registered owner of the property. 

If the ownership is a numbered company or company name, a copy of the Articles of Incorporation or Corporate Profile Report must be attached to this request in order to process the request.  No other documents will be accepted.

If you are required to pay the application fee for this current request per the information above, the fee for a reprinted water bill is $21.00 for each document. 

By submitting the form, you are authorizing the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville Water Billing Office to charge the fee by adding the charge to the water account, to be collected in the same manner as water levies.

Please make online payment of $21.00 to your water billing account and submit copy of your receipt below.  

Once your online payment is received, it will be applied against the $21.00 fee that was added to the water billing account as noted above.

If payment is required and it is not received prior to your submission, this will delay our processing time.
