For current month cancellation to take effect, the deadline for submitting your Pre-authorized Payment Plan Cancellation Request is the 15th of the month except the following months which will have a deadline date of the 6th of the month: January, February, April, June, July, September. If this application is being submitted after the deadline date, it will be held and processed the following month.
All cancellations must be received in writing.
