This form is to be completed if you would like to switch between pre-authorized payment plans for paying your property taxes.

For current month change plan requests to take effect, the deadline for submitting your Pre-authorized Payment Plan Change Plan Request is 15th of the month. 

All change plan requests must be received in writing.
