Property Tax - Pre-Authorized Payment Plan Enrollment

Your property tax account should be paid in full prior to enrolling on the 10-Month or Instalment Pre-Authorized Payment Plan.  

If you have an outstanding balance, we do offer a Pre-Authorized Arrears Payment Plan.  Please contact our office for further information.

By signing the below, I/We ensure that the funds will be available to cover the withdrawal amount.  Insufficient funds will result in service charges as applicable and possible cancellation of my/our enrollment in the payment plan.

This authorization will remain in effect until cancelled by either myself or the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days’ written notice.
