If your email address is currently not on file with the Water Billing Department, please attach a photo of your identification at the bottom of this submission. 

Make sure you have installed Adobe Reader or other PDF Reader.  You'll need this to view and/or print your e-Bills.

1. It is the customer's responsibility to notify the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville Water Billing Division of any changes to the e-mail address provided for e-billing.
2. It is the customer's responsibility to notify the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville Water Billing Division if the water/wastewater bill is not received.  (If the electronic bill is undeliverable, a paper copy of the bill will be sent to the customer's mailing address).
3. Personal information on this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, SO 2001, c. 25 and will be used to process your Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville Water/Wastewater e-billing request.  Questions about the collection of this personal information should be directed to the Clerk's Department.
